1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, Mikye Media may collect:

• Your email address.
• Sender or payer name.
• Payment method and transaction/reference information you submit.
• Optional notes you provide with an order.
• Order ID, order status, timestamps, selected listing, and fulfillment records.
• Communications you send to support.
• Standard technical information processed by hosting and security providers, such as IP address, browser/device information, request logs, and error logs.

Mikye Media does not ask for your banking password or payment-provider password through checkout.

2. How information is used

Information may be used to:

• Create, verify, fulfill, track, cancel, or support an order.
• Match a payment to the correct customer and order.
• Send order-received and fulfillment emails.
• Send private internal order alerts to Mikye Media's Telegram sales bot.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate orders, and unauthorized access.
• Maintain accounting, support, operational, and dispute records.
• Comply with legal obligations when applicable.

3. Service providers

Mikye Media uses third-party infrastructure to operate the store. Information may be processed by providers such as Vercel for website hosting/serverless functions, Supabase for order and inventory data, Resend for transactional email, Telegram for private owner-facing order alerts, and the payment method selected by the customer.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Mikye Media does not control how a payment provider or social platform independently handles information you provide directly to it.

4. Telegram order alerts

For internal sales operations, new orders may generate a private Telegram bot alert containing information needed to review and fulfill the order, such as order ID, listing, buyer email, payment method, payment reference, and internal supplier/cost information. The bot is configured for Mikye Media's authorized private chat and is not intended as a public customer-support channel.

5. Email

Transactional emails may be sent to the email address you enter at checkout. These messages can include order status and delivery/transfer information. You are responsible for using an email address you control and for securing access to that mailbox.

6. Data retention

Mikye Media retains order, payment-reference, fulfillment, and support records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the business, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain accounting records, and satisfy legal obligations. Records may be deleted or anonymized when they are no longer reasonably needed.

7. Data sharing and sale

Mikye Media does not sell customer personal information as a standalone data product. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary to operate the store, process communications and payments, provide fulfillment, investigate fraud or disputes, or comply with applicable legal requirements.

8. Security

Mikye Media uses reasonable technical and operational safeguards, including server-side environment variables, restricted admin tools, private database access, and authenticated Telegram webhook controls. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so customers should avoid sending unnecessary passwords, recovery codes, or sensitive financial credentials.

9. Age

The marketplace is intended for customers who are at least 18 years old or who have authorization from a parent or legal guardian to make the transaction. Mikye Media does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children for independent purchases.

10. Your privacy requests

You may contact Mikye Media to ask about personal information associated with an order, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion where reasonably possible and not prevented by fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, or legal-retention obligations.

11. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the marketplace, service providers, or data practices change. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.
